Maxwell Construction Company is a licensed contractor serving homeowners, new home buyers, and real estate investors across a wide range of construction needs, from remodeling to custom homes and more.
But Maxwell didn’t start there.
The company began with repairs and handyman work. Over time, that work grew into larger remodeling projects, then additions, and eventually full-scale custom home construction.
That progression wasn’t accidental.
Every project brought new experience, new challenges, and a deeper understanding of what it takes to build, remodel, and improve a property properly.
Our story
From Repairs to Full-Scale Construction
Half a decade ago, we were doing something much simpler: fixing things.
Repairs. Handyman work. The kind of jobs where you learn quickly that homes rarely behave exactly the way they look on paper.
As the company grew, so did the projects.
About two years ago, Maxwell began taking on full-scale remodeling, additions, and custom homes. That meant stepping into a completely different level of construction—larger crews, more trades, more coordination, more planning, and a much bigger responsibility to the homeowner.
And that’s where the company is today.
Still growing. Still building the network. Still refining the process. But with a foundation built from years of hands-on experience.
That matters because construction experience isn’t only about knowing how to build something new.
It’s also about knowing how existing homes are put together, where problems can hide, what happens when plans meet reality, and how one construction decision can affect everything that comes after it.
We learned construction by doing the work and we’ve brought that experience with us as the projects have grown.
